Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop 6-9 restaurant leadership teams across a defined market. You will spend substantial time in-field, coaching RGMs, strengthening leadership, and driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

This role demands hands-on leadership, regular travel, and the ability to influence and develop people while upholding brand standards and safety practices. A multi-unit leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful restaurant leadership experience with direct operational accountability.
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and teams.
• Strong business acumen including labor, profitability, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach approximately 6-9 restaurant leadership teams across your market.
• Travel regularly between restaurants within the market and lead hands-on in the field.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor performance, and overall business results.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to coach, reinforce standards, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leaders to create action plans to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and development of restaurant leadership talent.

KBP is looking for an Area Coach (AC) to lead approximately 6-9 restaurants within a market area. In this role, you'll coach and develop Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), strengthen leadership teams, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. As an Area Coach, you'll spend time where it matters most—in the restaurants.
