Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple locations in the Kansas region. You will coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across all sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR preferred), strong P&L experience, and the ability to travel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to manage a geographically dispersed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities
