Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a full-time Area Charge Nurse to support our metro Atlanta clinics, primarily Gainesville, Braselton, and Lawrenceville, with potential travel to other clinics in the area.

The role directs nursing staff, coordinates patient care in ambulatory settings, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care within SSJC's expanding network.

Qualifications

• Active GA RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 4+ years nursing experience.
• 1+ year nursing management experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to ASC locations within listed regions.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care management in ambulatory settings.
• Supervise nursing staff and schedule coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections.
• Mentor nurses and support staff orientation and training.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and infection control.
