You will join the National T1D Early Detection Sales Team within the Type 1 Diabetes Commercial organization. This elite team is launching an innovative treatment for the delay of clinical T1D onset. Reporting to a Regional Business Director, your responsibilities include clinical education, awareness increase of T1D stages, and facilitating patient risk identification through screening. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, key accounts, and internal partners to accelerate patient identification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in clinical data, disease education, diagnostics, product info, sales skills, analytics, and market trends
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts, including goals, value drivers, stakeholders, and challenges
  • Create account plans focusing on prioritization, influence spheres, and vertical pathways
  • Understand contracting and access processes, workflows, stakeholders, and screening models
  • Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Conduct targeted educational engagements and clinical advocacy activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs promptly
  • Attend relevant meetings at various levels
  • Adhere to legal, regulatory, ethical, and administrative standards
  • Plan and evaluate marketing programs like lectures and speaker events
  • Achieve and exceed business objectives

Education
  • B.A. / B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (~50%)
