About the Role

Are you passionate about advancing medicine? Join our Oncology Team to help patients and families affected by rare and debilitating diseases. As a global healthcare company, we focus on transforming lives through innovative solutions in immune challenges, rare diseases, blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan aligned with marketing strategies, utilizing territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights.
  • Implement business plans by leveraging resources with Hematologists, Oncologists, and other key customers.
  • Become an expert in products, disease states, and the marketplace; effectively communicate product information to promote appropriate use within the territory.
  • Collaborate with field partners and ensure strategy implementation across accounts and networks.
  • Complete call reports, business plan updates, expense reports, and operate within compliance guidelines.
  • Implement targeting and time management tactics; attend training sessions and industry events as needed.
  • Complete fleet safety training and maintain a safe driving record.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution; business or life sciences preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Oncology/Hematology sales experience, or 1 year with Sanofi Oncology/Transplant sales.
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and acting skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hospital and cancer center environments is a plus.
  • Valid driving record and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
