Role & Responsibilities
- Implement & monitor the company's strategy and quality objectives of the zone.
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities, launch programs, customer programs, seminars, and conferences as needed to promote the products.
- Provide field training, on-the-job monitoring, and assessment to the team; act as a coach and mentor.
- Ensure receivable & statutory document collection from distributors and others within stipulated timeframes through team leaders.
- Maintain healthy, professional relationships with channel partners.
- Gather competitor information and report to HO.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve sales goals and profitability.
- Oversee team performance and development.
- Create action plans for individuals and the team for effective lead and prospect searching.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management on performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports from the sales team.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring communication and implementation within the team.
- Achieve primary & secondary targets.
- Manage payments from distributors to the company.
- Update and maintain customer and distributor lists.
- Manage vacancies effectively.
- Coach the team as needed.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations in adequate numbers and quantities.
- Conduct new product activities such as launches and market & customer surveys.
Keep the team motivated.
Location: Central Zone, based in Pune.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English & Local Language.
- Pharmaceutical background preferred.
- Veterinary experience preferred, especially in pets and canines.
