Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement & monitor the company's strategy and quality objectives of the zone.
  • Coordinate promotional and marketing activities, launch programs, customer programs, seminars, and conferences as needed to promote the products.
  • Provide field training, on-the-job monitoring, and assessment to the team; act as a coach and mentor.
  • Ensure receivable & statutory document collection from distributors and others within stipulated timeframes through team leaders.
  • Maintain healthy, professional relationships with channel partners.
  • Gather competitor information and report to HO.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve sales goals and profitability.
  • Oversee team performance and development.
  • Create action plans for individuals and the team for effective lead and prospect searching.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management on performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports from the sales team.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring communication and implementation within the team.
  • Achieve primary & secondary targets.
  • Manage payments from distributors to the company.
  • Update and maintain customer and distributor lists.
  • Manage vacancies effectively.
  • Coach the team as needed.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations in adequate numbers and quantities.
  • Conduct new product activities such as launches and market & customer surveys.

Keep the team motivated.

Location: Central Zone, based in Pune.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English & Local Language.
  • Pharmaceutical background preferred.
  • Veterinary experience preferred, especially in pets and canines.
