Job summary

Brookdale seeks a capable manager to oversee Brookdale at Home agencies, coordinating with executive leaders to improve operations, financial oversight, and marketing initiatives.

The role requires leadership, training abilities, and travel between assigned agencies, with focus on quality and regulatory compliance. Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum supervisory experience in health care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in home care or health-related setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business travel.
• Strong training/coaching ability and ability to manage travel and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with agency leadership to improve agency operations and development.
• Assist in financial oversight and revenue/expense management for Brookdale at Home agencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality improvement processes across agencies.
• Attend state surveys and assist in plans of correction when needed.
• Recruit and train agency leaders; participate in marketing and outreach efforts.
