Avera in Pipestone, MN is seeking an Ultrasound Sonographer to operate ultrasound equipment and perform diagnostic exams as directed by physicians, following established standards.

Must have ARDMS certification; RVT within 6 months; RDMS preferred; CAAHEP-accredited program graduate. Pay is $36.14–$56.02 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, HSA, PTO, pension, wellness, tuition, EAP, CE opportunities, life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARDMS certification with RDMS preferred.
• 6–12 months of vascular ultrasound experience desirable.
• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasonography program.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound as directed by physicians.
• Perform routine diagnostic procedures in accordance with established standards and practices.
