Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Tire Technician to repair and replace tires on light and heavy-duty equipment, in the field and shop, including Arctic conditions and night shifts on a 3×3 rotation.

The role requires safe operation of jacks and tire equipment, plus 3+ years in tire service, NSTC safety training, a U.S. driver’s license, and a high school diploma. Alaska North Slope experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• NSTC safety training certification required.
• Able to work 84 hours a week on a 3×3 night shift.
• At least three years of tire experience on light and heavy-duty vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on equipment and machinery.
• Change flat tires in the field on light and heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
• Unload and load tires and related items as required.
• Operate jacks to lift and position vehicles for tire repair.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles.
• Track and maintain tire inventory.
• Maintain records and schedules of requests and orders.
• Assist mechanics during repairs and maintenance activities.
• Operate heavy duty tractors and lowboy trailers for hauling and recovery.
• Assist with equipment fueling.
• Comply with company policies and safety culture.
• Other duties as needed.
