Worley is seeking a Scaffold Laborer - Roustabout for a remote Arctic site at Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position supports scaffolding services under supervision, assisting scaffold builders in erection, dismantling and maintenance while handling materials and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• NSTC certification training available through Worley if needed.
• 6+ months experience as laborer/roustabout in oilfield/arctic environment preferred.
• Experience with scaffolding support and other crafts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist scaffold builders with erection, maintenance and dismantling.
• Handle scaffold components and related materials.
• Perform heavy lifting and transport tasks as required by the crew.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment and follow safety policies.
• Attend safety and training sessions and support site inspections.
