Job summary

Nabors on North Slope Alaska is seeking an Electrician to join the engineering team. The role involves performing electrical tasks on rigs and supporting other crew members under the supervision of the Toolpusher.

The position requires 4-7 years of rig experience, knowledge of USCG electrical regulations for MODU units, and the ability to work in extreme Arctic conditions. Rotation is 14x14 or 21x21, with PPE and safety tests mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years experience with equipment similar to that used on the rig, with a minimum of 12 months experience with drive systems if equipped.
• Experience with USCG regulations on electrical systems and wiring if MODU classed unit.
• Ability to wear respiratory PPE.
• Must pass pre-employment and site drug and fitness-for-duty testing.
• Valid Driver’s License – Real ID compliant, travel to Alaska.

Responsibilities

• The Electrician works as a member of the engineering team under the supervision of the Toolpusher.
• Location: North Slope - Prudhoe Bay Alaska; Rotation: 14x14 or 21x21.
• Will perform electrical tasks on the rig and support other crew members.
