Job summary

Delta Constructors, LLC is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support FEL and pre-planning in Anchorage and move to North Slope during construction. The role involves building and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules from conceptual through execution, coordinating with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams.

The position requires 5+ years in industrial construction scheduling, strong communication, change order tracking, and remote/arctic project experience.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of scheduling experience in industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience with change order tracking, documentation or contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field execution workflows.
• Exposure to modular construction, system turnover or commissioning preferred.
• Experience planning in remote or Arctic environments strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization with multi-discipline teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Controls Lead in developing and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules from conceptual through execution phases.
• Build out and update Level 3-5 schedule detail aligned with WBS, logic, and execution strategy.
• Perform weekly schedule updates, collecting progress from field fabrication and procurement teams.
• Assist with WBS and CBS setup to support estimating, cost tracking, and progress measurement.
• Run critical path and float reports and flag emerging schedule risk to the Lead.
• Maintain resource loading and help prepare manpower forecasts.
• Assist with schedule scenario modeling and recovery planning under the Lead’s direction.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams to gather status and keep the schedule current.
• Prepare reporting including S-curves, earned value metrics, schedule KPI's and look-ahead schedules.
• Support the Lead in preparing for client-facing schedule reviews.
