Job summary

Fairweather is seeking an Asset Integrity Engineer in Anchorage, Alaska, with responsibility for day-to-day mechanical integrity at onshore and offshore facilities, including ILI-driven assessments and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong background in corrosion/mechanical engineering and leading RBI-driven programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in pipeline/mechanical integrity fields.
  • Strong knowledge of defect assessment per API 579 and related standards.
  • Experience with RBI, ILI, and anomaly investigations.
  • Familiarity with OSHA 1910.119 process safety management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and lead policy implementation for safety, health, environment, process, people, and planning.
  • Demonstrate commitment to personal and process safety in actions and decisions.
  • Facilitate a zero-incident culture with focus on safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Develop and maintain RBI-based integrity programs and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate RBI activities and integrity investigations across assets.
  • Ensure regulatory and company compliance for pipeline integrity documentation.
