Energy Job Shop seeks an experienced Directional Drilling Specialist for a contract role in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position involves working with advanced drilling technologies in a demanding arctic environment, requiring a proven field record and a strong safety mindset.

Ideal candidates bring extensive directional drilling experience, familiarity with Push-the-Bit/ RTS systems, geosteering, and a solid commitment to HSE standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience in directional drilling.
• Experience with motor drilling technologies and Push-the-Bit / Point-the-Bit RTS systems.
• Knowledge of anti-collision rules, horizontal drilling, extended reach wells and geosteering operations.
• Eligibility to work in the USA without visa or permit.
• Commitment to safety, HSE policies and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
