ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for the Kuparuk Materials Group – Camp Maintenance on the North Slope of Alaska. You will perform full journey-level electrical work, install and maintain industrial equipment, and troubleshoot power/control systems on mobile equipment.

Work involves 12Vdc to 480Vac and adherence to NEC/NPFA 70E standards. Requirements include 4+ years of experience, NSTC safety training, Alaska Fitness Journey Level, and a valid U.S.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• NSTC safety training certification
• Ability to work 80.5–84 hours per week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation
• At least four years (8,000 hours) as a Journeyman Electrician
• Alaska Certificate of Fitness Journey Level required

Responsabilidades

• Review schematics, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Must have user level knowledge of MS Office.
• Calculate electrical loads for proper wire and equipment sizing.
• Install, repair and maintain breaker boxes, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures and wiring.
• Operate meters and testers to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
• Perform routine electrical repair projects and preventative maintenance.
• Test equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Plan layout and wiring for new or modified installations.
• Estimate cost, time, and materials for projects.
