You will assist in arrangement, description, and preservation of archival collections, support reference services, participate in digitization projects, and help with exhibits and AV materials, all while following archival policies.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible and willing to abide by archival policies and procedures for fragile materials.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, describe, and preserve Archives collections.
• Assist Archives Staff with answering reference questions and researchers.
• Work on digitization projects.
• Assist with the audio-visual collection.
• Carry out preservation techniques.
• Retrieve and re-shelve material.
• Assist with the creation and installation of exhibits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
