The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Student Assistant 1 for the Archival Technical Services team. The role involves assisting with office tasks for special collections, sorting and labeling materials, and data entry in a library setting.

Position isTemporary (Fixed Term) with 10 scheduled hours in First Shift at Thompson Library. Starting hourly rate is $13.50. FWS eligible. Ability to follow directions and careful handling of fragile materials is required.

Qualifications

• Experience entering information into a computer database or CMS.
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized.
• Neat, legible handwriting and careful handling of materials.
• Background in an archives or special collections setting is a plus.
