Job summary

Insight Global is seeking 3 Archive Inventory Specialists to support a client project in Boyers, PA. You will manage end-to-end triage, prepare assets for digital scanning, and track inventory using digital systems.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, working in a climate controlled vault of about 35 degrees, and learning to operate Archive Explorer and related software. Training will be provided and standard 40-hour weeks apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional work experience.
• Ability to learn and operate Google Sheets and Airtable.
• Proficiency with Archive Explorer hardware.
• Strong interpersonal, team, and punctuality.
• Ability to perform repetitive scanning-related tasks and data entry.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work in climate controlled vault (~35°F).

Responsibilities
