This role emphasizes helping peers develop study habits, mental health awareness, and decision making, while collaborating with faculty to reinforce Studio Culture and promote a positive, inclusive campus climate.

Qualifications

• Active student status at Tulane University.
• Enrollment in the Tulane School of Architecture.
• Possibly a Federal Work Study Award.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architecture students to identify obstacles to success in the program
• Facilitate behavioral and mindset changes to help overcome barriers
• Help students develop skills to make academic decisions, prioritize mental health and well-being, and pursue goals
• Help faculty and staff update and reinforce the Studio Culture policy
