Job summary

The Misch Group in Georgia is seeking a Project Manager/Architect to lead design and coordination for multifamily housing projects. You will act as liaison among clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring high-quality drawings and timely delivery while balancing several active projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of architecture or project management experience, licenses or in-progress licenses, and proficiency in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and familiar Photoshop skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or project management.
• Licensed Architect or Project Manager license.
• Multifamily housing experience preferred.
• Proficient in CAD and BlueBeam.
• Photoshop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, architects, engineers, and contractors, managing communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Produce complete and accurate working drawings at a high demand pace while balancing multiple projects.
• Must be fluent in AutoCAD and BlueBeam; Photoshop is a plus.
