Architecture Practice Manager - Remote
Job Description
The Architect Practice Manager is primarily responsible for managing the execution of the processes that comprise Prime’s Architecture Practice. This includes defining and orchestrating architecture processes and procedures, communicating these processes for awareness and understanding, creating and reporting metrics and measurements, and supporting and integrating these processes throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and orchestrate Architecture governance processes and the Architecture Review Board (ARB), including integration points with enterprise governance, vendor management office processes, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Manage an Architecture Office scorecard, measures, and metrics, and regularly publish them to the enterprise.
- Manage, administer, and drive continuous improvement efforts for the Enterprise Architecture repositories (ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, SharePoint) and integrated repositories (ServiceNow Configuration Management Database).
- Work with Business, IT, Block, and service leaders to be the central point of contact, ensuring effective engagement with Architecture Office processes and overall satisfaction with the architecture discipline.
- Proactively seek out and manage practice improvement opportunities to continually improve and re-align the architecture.
- Manage architecture request for proposal (RFP) content and responses, and oversee Enterprise Architecture controls and content related to Prime’s SOC2, HITRUST, and internal standards.
- Drive annual refresh and communication of foundational architecture guidance (principles, standards, patterns, blueprints) and ensure effective awareness and communication of architecture guidance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. High School Diploma or GED required.
- 7 years of related experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, System Analysis, Technical Architecture, or Solution Architecture; including 2 years in an Architect role.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Enterprise or Solution Architecture development and management.
- Ability to apply project management discipline to practice improvement.
- Experience working with senior IT and Business leaders to apply enterprise processes.
- Expertise in process development, measurement, governance, and organizational application.
- Strong self-management skills in high ambiguity situations.
- Proactive communication skills across multiple levels, from executives to individual contributors.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and achieve consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Enterprise Architecture tools, especially ServiceNow.
- Healthcare industry experience, including PBM.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MIS, etc.).
- Previous experience as an architect, IT Manager, or Project/Program Manager.
Physical Demands
- Remain stationary for 50% of the time; able to move or traverse as needed.
- Operate computer and office equipment constantly.
- Hear and communicate effectively; exchange accurate information.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.

Potential pay ranges from $124,000 to $211,000, based on experience and skills.
