Job summary

HDR is seeking an Architecture Practice Design Manager to translate design vision into coordinated actions across HDR’s multidisciplinary design practice. You will work with the Architecture Practice Design Director to organize priorities and track progress, while mentoring programs and communications for design excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design initiatives and organizational priorities with Design Director.
• Organize cross-disciplinary meetings and forums to support collaboration.
• Prepare leadership reports, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Develop design-related communications and storytelling content with AMS and Communications teams.
• Support onboarding and internal communications for the design organization.
• Manage awards process and submissions for industry recognition.
