Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its San Francisco studio. You will lead education, senior-living and wellness projects from concept through construction, partnering with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The role offers autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and a clear path toward principal-level opportunities. The position is hybrid in San Francisco, with salary between $110,000 and $150,000, dependent on experience and licensure.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of architectural project-management experience.
• Education, senior-living, wellness or comparable building types experience.
• Active California architectural licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through feasibility, design development, construction documentation and closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
• Manage scope, fees, staffing, budgets and schedules.
• Mentor designers and architects and collaborate with principals on pursuits and negotiations.
• Support business development and client relationships.
