Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience managing a team of architects or designers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Indian architects and designers providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Review project proposals and plans to ensure they align with client requirements and local building codes.
• Develop project budgets and timelines monitoring progress throughout the design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their expectations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plan.
• Coordinate with contractors engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status financials and any potential issues or delays.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate new technologies into project designs.
