We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron USA As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our architecture projects from conception to completion This includes coordinating with clients contractors and other team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of architecture projects including planning design budgeting and scheduling
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
• Oversee the work of architects and other team members to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards
• Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients contractors and team members
• Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp
• Experience working on urgent projects is preferred
• Indian nationality preferred
