Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects from initial concept to final construction

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology and best practices in architecture

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations and construction processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors and stakeholders
• Proven project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and risk assessment
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team towards successful project completion
