We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Los Angeles As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within the company This includes coordinating with clients leading project teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all architectural projects within the company
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Develop project budgets and timelines and monitor progress to ensure they are met
• Review architectural plans for accuracy compliance with regulations and feasibility
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects within the team
• Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and best practices in architecture

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients team members and stakeholders
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary $1800 per month
