• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed architect in CA preferred; 8+ years design experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to develop architectural designs that meet client needs and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals, timelines and budgets.
• Create concepts, presentations, 3D models and construction documents.
• Review designs for code compliance and coordinate with engineers and contractors.
• Mentor junior architects and oversee on-site construction visits.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design
• Licensed architect in the state of California preferred
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities
