Currently undergoing significant expansion, the firm is growing its team and service offerings while positioning for substantial revenue growth. With a team of in-house associates and offshore employees in LATAM and the Middle East, the firm offers a dynamic and international work environment with significant growth opportunities.

We are a well-established architectural firm in Hollywood, Florida is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to play a pivotal leadership role during an exciting growth phase. This position offers not only a challenging management opportunity but also scope to drive growth for the firm.

Position Summary

The Architecture Manager will lead the architectural team, oversee design processes, manage client relationships, and drive business development. This senior leadership position reports directly to the Principal and COO.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Design Excellence

  • Drive architectural vision across diverse sectors while managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Blend creative direction with practical execution to deliver outstanding design solutions that exceed client expectations and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Business Growth & Client Relations

  • Spearhead business development initiatives to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify market opportunities and secure high-value projects that align with the firm's growth trajectory.

Team & Resource Management

  • Orchestrate a multi-national team spanning Florida, LATAM, and Middle East.
  • Direct project managers and their respective teams, fostering collaboration across borders and time zones to ensure 24-hour productivity.
  • Cultivate talent, develop training programs, and implement systems to optimize workflow efficiency.

Governmental Affairs & Compliance

  • Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure timely project approvals.
  • Act as the primary liaison with governmental authorities, managing permit processes and ensuring all projects meet or exceed required standards across jurisdictions.

Executive Leadership

  • Collaborate with firm principals to shape organizational strategy, implement business objectives, and position the company for long-term success.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in architecture
  • Extensive experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, cultural, and governmental buildings
  • Strong expertise in leading architectural design teams
  • Proven experience navigating governmental procedures for permits and approvals
  • Demonstrated business development and client management skills
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Competitive base salary ranging from at $120,000 to $180,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-based commission structure
