Job summary
Academy of Art University seeks an Architecture Computer & Print Lab Technician to support Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Landscape Architecture students and staff onsite at 601 Brannan Street, focusing on tech-support and printing supervision.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Knowledge of Zoom and webcams/sound input/output devices.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino 8.
- Ability to learn and support VR hardware and software.
- General knowledge of computer troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with printing needs and file setups.
- Ensure printers and plotters are in good working order.
- Provide classroom and hardware/software support in labs.
- Maintain and diagnose computer equipment; arrange repairs.
- Assist with inventory, software updates, and data backups.
- Protect equipment and provide support to department directors.
- Report to Lab Manager and escalate needs.
- Keep learning environment clean and functional.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
