Job summary

STV is seeking an Architecture Intern to join our team in a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office. Undergraduate and graduate students will learn and contribute to meaningful projects, with preference for a minimum 3-month commitment.

Responsibilities include assisting in design phases, supporting architectural plan preparation, and coordinating with disciplines to ensure project integration. Preference for proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and LEED accreditation is noted.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Rhino, 3-D Max, SketchUp; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the initial design phase and contribute to architectural design work with teams.
• Support preparation of architectural plans under supervision of senior architects.
• Assist in analyzing design and construction systems, planning studies, and construction details.
• Participate in site inspections and assist in preparing interpretive reports.
• Aid in code analysis, material selections, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with disciplines to support project integration and cohesion.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing project work.
