Burns & McDonnell is seeking Architecture Interns to collaborate with project teams of architects, designers and engineers. You will contribute to design development, construction documentation, and specifications for a diverse project portfolio including corporate, healthcare and commercial facilities.
The role includes possible client presentations, programming, shop drawing review, and construction administration, with emphasis on learning and growth within a multidisciplinary team
Our Architecture Interns work collaboratively with our project teams of architects, designers and engineers to create world class design on a variety of projects including corporate, healthcare, research, institutional, mission critical, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, airport, government, and military. Primary responsibilities include design, construction documentation and specification development. Other responsibilities may include client presentations, programming, shop drawing review and construction administration. Assists in developing solutions to technical problems. Other duties as assigned.
The Global Facilities group is responsible for the planning and design of manufacturing facilities, district energy systems, data centers and mission-critical facilities. This includes work across diverse industries, including aerospace, space and defense, food and beverage, life sciences and technology, consumer products, healthcare and advanced manufacturing, guiding projects from site selection through startup.
$19.50-32.00 Hourly
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The final agreed upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location.
