Job summary

Pond & Company invites an Architecture Manager to lead our Jacksonville, FL practice within a growing multi-disciplinary A/E firm. The role reports to the Vice President of Architecture and requires 15+ years of leadership in architectural design, with licensure and NCARB preferred.

You will drive staffing, project delivery, and QA processes, while mentoring teams and aligning resources across offices to meet business goals. This is a key role shaping Pond’s future growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in an architectural design firm with people and project management.
• Architectural licensure is required; NCARB certification preferred.
• Ability to grow the practice and lead teams across multiple offices.
• Strong collaboration with VP and marketing to pursue projects.
• Experience delivering architectural projects and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Vice President on strategic direction of the group.
• Align resources across offices to meet growth goals and client needs.
• Recruiting and hiring for all offices.
• Schedule resources for all programs.
• Process improvement for intake of architecture design work.
• Employee development and mentoring.
• Oversee QA program and brand Pond as a technical expert.
• Lead day-to-day operations and financial metrics.
