• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain an established brand voice.
• Experience art directing and coordinating photographers, videographers, or other vendors.
• Comfort managing multiple deadline-driven workstreams across PR, proposals, and client touchpoints.
• Discreet, detail-oriented approach to confidential client and project information.
• CRM or BD tracking tools experience is a plus.

• Serve as day-to-day contact with external PR agency, coordinating pitches, press releases, and media alerts.
• Draft and edit press materials, project narratives, and executive talking points.
• Maintain social media voice and posting standards, including credits and formatting.

• Track thought-leadership opportunities — speaking engagements and leadership moments.
• Handle confidentiality and embargo protocols for unannounced projects.
