Job summary

Roman and Williams seeks an Architectural Visualization Post-Production Specialist with 4-6 years of professional experience to elevate completed renderings into polished, presentation-ready images through advanced post-production. This role will include styling renderings with artwork and decor, fabric and lighting adjustments, and Photoshop retouching.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-5 years of professional architectural visualization experience.
Residential experience is a plus.
Knowledge of construction methods.
Fluency in AutoCAD & Sketchup.
Strong graphics and visual presentation skills.
3D modeling and rendering experience (Rhino, Revit) is a plus.
Dexterity with hand drawing: rendering capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Styling renderings with artwork, accessories, books, florals, and decorative objects.
Replacing fabrics, finishes, lighting, or architectural details based on feedback.
Advanced Photoshop retouching.
Enhancing lighting and atmosphere with glows, reflections, and sunlight.
Color-correcting to depict materials accurately to spec; adjust hue, saturation, contrast, and white balance.
Image enhancement: refine lighting, reflections, textures, and shadows from render passes.
Photorealistic detailing: insert digital entourage and apply depth of field.
Flaw correction: clean up rendering glitches, noise, or artifacts without altering core architectural intent.
Animation post-production: edit video fly-throughs and manage transitions.
Clear communication and distribution of information within the team.
Maintain project directories.
Ability to collaborate with consultants and work on a project team.
