Job summary

Fronza & Francis seeks an Architectural/Vertical Construction Manager in Seattle to lead field construction for vertical building and architectural scopes. You will oversee compliance with specifications, codes, and schedules while coordinating contractors, designers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues and ensure project progress.

The role focuses on building envelope, interiors, finishes, doors/frames, and related trades, with responsibility for safety, quality, and timely closeout

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of vertical building and architectural construction experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in the field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project schedules and address impacts on vertical construction and architectural activities.
• Review plans, codes, specs, submittals and field conditions; participate in constructability reviews.
• Coordinate trades and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Lead inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation for project closeout.
• Monitor sequencing, logistics, and interfaces to support efficient installation.
