Architectural Urban Designer for S9 Architecture & Engineering DPC to work at our New York, NY location. Limited telecommuting may be permitted.

Research, plan, design, and administer complex, mid to large scale projects, including large mixed‑use residential, commercial and hotel projects, and interior design.

Lead client meetings to understand needs and goals, and convey project design to include purpose, objectives, and relevant information.

Little local and national travel for site visits, client meetings, and presentations may be involved at no more than 5 days per year.

Must have a Bachelor of Architecture, Design Studies, or related field and 3 years of related architectural design experience. Additionally, required skills (minimum 3 years experience) in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign; developing projects in NY State; zoning regulations, building codes, and construction documentation; high‑rise concrete construction; curtainwall and window‑wall design in NYC.

Wage range $66,000—$95,000.
