Our client is one of NZ’s most established Design Practices; with a track record of excellence across diverse commercial projects. The Hamilton office of this collaborative nationwide practice are seeking an experienced Revit Technician. This dynamic group really look after their staff and encourage growth. They do of course, look to hire technicians with exceptional documentation & detailing ability.

Skills and experience:

• 7+ years’ NZ experience
• Commercial project exposure
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent written & verbal communication

Responsibilities:

• Driving architectural documentation processes
• Ensuring resource/building consent applications are lodged and RFI’s responded to
• Liaising internally & communicating with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of local construction techniques, materials, and standards to produce practical and buildable details
