Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Staff (Level 2) in Seattle, WA to advance design development, produce construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and support construction administration. You will help guide internal teams through the design process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

The role emphasizes QA/QC, coordination with AHJs, and producing comprehensive project deliverables across a national reach and global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of professional architecture/design firm experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables
• Coordinate with external consultants and project partners
• Generate code research and feasibility studies with AHJ coordination
• Provide administrative support and QA/QC reviews of deliverables
• Coordinate submittals to AHJs and construction administration tasks
• Produce timely work aligned with project budgets and schedules
