Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, BIM360, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist in editing construction specifications.
• Assemble construction specification sections into a project manual.
• Prepare basic specifications meeting company standards.
• Work with project team members and follow direction from specifier.
• Coordinate with teams for best practices in specifications.
• Maintain specification templates including codes and standards.
• Assist in quality control on terminology and coordination.
• Explore new techniques and products for specifications.
