Job summary

Officeworks Inc. provides design services for Teknion Wall products, creating shop drawings, specifications, dimensions, and hardware packages.

You will collaborate with Sales, PMs, and coordinators to ensure accurate plans reach client satisfaction and high-quality implementation. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, developing drawings and hardware packages, managing BOM checks, plans revisions, and maintaining comprehensive project records using PlanGrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of related experience required.
• Teknion product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings with Sales/PM and present plans for review.
• Develop shop drawings for client/architect approval and sign-off.
• Develop hardware package for client sign-off.
• Develop project specifications and BOM checks before order.
• Manage changes and revisions.
• Upload current plan versions with dimensions to PlanGrid for site surveyors.
• Use PlanGrid to ensure ceiling heights and site-to-drawing alignment.
• Assist PM with punch lists as needed.
• Provide list pricing for projects and change orders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and sign-offs.
• Maintain a project log with change orders and charges; keep on network.
• Communicate status, issues, and concerns with PM/Sales/Director; ensure timely attendance.
