Job summary

Acoufelt LLC is seeking a Sales & Business Development Researcher focusing on Architecture & Construction to expand opportunities in the designated region.

You will identify target accounts, analyze market data, and build contact networks, coordinating with designers, architects, and contractors to advance QQO and booked sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify new potential projects using region-specific research parameters.
• Analyze data from news articles, permits, real estate leads, and leases to identify opportunities and contacts.
• Connect with contacts at target accounts to introduce Acoufelt team and set meetings.
• Build opportunity and account intelligence to progress QQO status.
• Support the team to increase output in the assigned region.
• Find opportunities through databases, articles, social media, and broker connections.
• Call on new opportunities identified through permits, leases and city data.
• Contact new and existing contacts to increase influence and generate new opportunities.
• Communicate with designers, contractors, installers, and end users via phone, email, and social media.
• Identify all potential contacts at target accounts for the region and perform outreach introducing team members.
• Contribute to region output by connecting qualified leads with the team for QQO and booked sales.
• Identify and communicate with additional contacts on existing opportunities.
• Conduct customer surveys and gather market insights from industry influencers and decision makers at target accounts.
• Develop innovative outreach and engagement strategies.
