Job summary

AEC Resources in Minneapolis is seeking an Architectural Revit Technician to join a growing design team. You will develop drawings and BIM models, coordinate with engineers and other disciplines, and support project delivery across a variety of healthcare, commercial and institutional projects.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience includes architectural drafting, design or production experience.
• Strong Revit skills and experience developing architectural construction documents.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
• Create and maintain detailed BIM models
• Produce plans, elevations, sections and details and schedules
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines
• Support Project Architects and Project Managers throughout project delivery
• Incorporate design revisions and consultant coordination
• Assist with permitting and construction document packages
• Participate in QA/QC and drawing coordination
• Help resolve documentation and coordination issues
