Job summary

1st St. NW Inc., located in Minneapolis, seeks an entry level Revit Drafter (0-3 years) to develop architectural, structural and mechanical construction documents. The role uses Revit to create layouts, sections and details, and collaborates with designers and engineers from concept through construction documents.

Award-winning Architecture & Engineering company has an opening for a Revit Drafter with 0-3 years of experience. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Contract-direct position.

Duties:

• Prepare general arrangement construction documents for commercial and industrial projects (includes architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines)
• Use Revit to create layout plans, sections, and details
• Work with designers and engineers to provide drawing preparation and drafting support for a variety of projects from concept phase through construction documents
• Identify redlines on drawings created by others and accurately make required changes

Requirements:

• AAS in Drafting (Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or similar a plus)
• 0-3 years of experience – entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
• Recent Revit experience or trainingAutoCAD skills
