Job summary

AEC Resources seeks an Architectural Revit Technician to join a growing design team on a mix of commercial and institutional projects. You will build a robust BIM model, develop construction documents, and collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers throughout delivery.

The role emphasizes production work, coordination across disciplines, and contribution to permitting packages while supporting flexible, hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit for architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Ability to produce BIM models and detailed drawings.
• Strong collaboration with architects, engineers and project teams.
• Familiarity with permitting and coordination processes.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll contribute to projects of varying sizes and complexity while gaining exposure to multiple building types and project phases.

What You’ll Do

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
• Create and maintain detailed BIM models
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines
• Support Project Architects and Project Managers throughout project delivery
• Incorporate design revisions and consultant coordination
• Assist with permitting and construction document packages
• Participate in QA/QC and drawing coordination
• Help resolve documentation and coordination issues

• Architectural drafting, design or production experience
