LaBella is seeking an Architectural Technician for our Latham and Poughkeepsie offices. Responsibilities include preparing drawings in Revit, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to BIM standards. Flexibility for travel is noted, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Architectural/Engineering Consultant.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Team player with ability to communicate clearly.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules through all design phases.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.
• Assist with code research, building system coordination, and problem solving.
• Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site visits.
• Review submittals and RFIs under supervision of Project Architect/Manager.
• Assist with construction administration, including field observations and punch lists.
• Maintain project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support permit, bidding, and construction document submissions.
• Collaborate to deliver technically accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant designs.
