Job summary

Northworks Architects & Planners is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate design and construction phases in Jackson, Wyoming. The PM will work closely with Architects, Directors, and Partners to translate design intent into coordinated documents while maintaining schedules and coordinating consultants.

The role requires 3-5 years of architecture experience, a architecture degree, and strong Revit skills. On-site, full-time position with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to BD

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Architectural licensure is not required; pursuing licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; 3D visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across multiple phases from schematic design through construction administration.
• Work with Lead Architects, Directors, and Partners to implement design intent.
• Support project schedules, consultant coordination, and internal workflows.
• Contribute to project production including drafting, modeling, detailing, and drawing set assembly.
• Assist with development and quality control of construction documents.
• Participate in meetings and maintain communication with clients and contractors.
• Assist with construction administration activities including RFIs and submittals.
• Monitor progress relative to scope, budget, and timeline; flag issues to leadership.
• Support and mentor junior staff and contribute to firm standards.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.
