Development One is a fast-growing architectural firm located in Downtown Fullerton, CA. The Architectural Project Manager will lead a team of architects, job captains, and consultants on diverse projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality controls are met.

Applicants should have a US-accredited architecture degree, 5+ years in architecture, 3+ years in PM, and licensure pursuit is highly preferred. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is required, with government/institutional

Qualifications

• Architecture degree from a US-accredited college/university is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the architecture industry.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Architect licensure or willingness to pursue licensure is highly preferred.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam in a professional environment.
• Experience with institutional or government projects is a plus.
• Oversees and assists the team in producing presentations and construction documents, and tracks progress and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage a team of Architects, Job Captains, and consultants across multiple project types.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and overall performance, ensuring quality control.
• Develop design documents and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders across various project types.
