$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We are a versatile architecture and engineering firm with 40 years of experience, offering services in architecture, civil, environmental, transportation, and construction monitoring. Our offices are located in Buffalo, Rochester, and New York City. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates closely with clients to create meaningful designs.

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our Brooklyn office. You will work closely with clients and lead the design team, overseeing projects from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Experience with public-sector and/or School Construction Authority (SCA)
• NYS Professional Architect License
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of public-sector work including industrial, commercial, and educational sectors
• Knowledge of NYC building codes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand expectations, develop designs, and implement construction documents
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams including internal staff and external consultants
• Maintain communication with clients, staff, and contractors; develop contract documents; perform quality reviews
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Mentor junior staff and foster professional growth
• Prepare construction document packages independently
