Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support our nationwide Healthcare Studio.

You’ll lead healthcare projects across the firm, mentor staff, and participate in business development from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of architectural work experience.
• Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence-based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to develop new clients and maintain relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

Professionals with experience in highly technical projects and a strong interest in healthcare are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, manage and design healthcare projects across the firm, working closely with our architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams.
• Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior architectural staff
• Participate in business development and project pursuits.
• Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
• Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree Architecture, from an accredited program, required; Masters, preferred
• 10+ years of architectural work experience
• Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence-based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
• Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficient use of Revit a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
Illinois Pay Transparency $88,000 — $115,000 USD
